Registering Students
Students can be registered for your courses in the following ways:
• Students create their account in DigitalChalk and register and pay for courses using their credit card.
• Students register themselves for courses, but course fees are paid from your organization account balance.
This is a good option if you provide internal training to your employees. Funds must be available in the
organization account balance.
• The course instructor registers students for specific course offerings and course fees are paid from your
organization account balance. The student must already have a user account and funds must be available in
the organization account balance.
• Use Advanced Registration to create a rule to register multiple students at one time.
• Use DigitalChalk web services to register students electronically. This is a good option if students purchase
courses on your web site.
