In accordance with the annual internal audit plan 2014, the Risk Identification, Assessment and Evaluation for Food Group has been determined to conduct in overall major functions in organization in order to perceive the risk and issues and to mitigate, prevent or avoid risk, then conduct the audit report including the potential risks of each area. Audit process will commence with interviewing, walk-through transaction in working process, risk identification, analyze impact and likelihood and the risk chart magnitude impact/ likelihood, which includes the food subsidiaries; Fenix Iron Fairies Co., Ltd., Fenix Silom Co., Ltd., Fico Coffee Co., Ltd., and Fenix Pizza Co., Ltd.
The risk identification, assessment and evaluation processes are performed by Ms. Nettaya Phongsri, Internal Auditor, consists of the internal environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. This has been scheduled approximately 1 month; January 13 to February 14, 2014.
Our objective in performing this audit is to analyze the potential risk of each area presented to management, in addition, this result will be as a part of revising the annual internal audit plan as appropriate with the significant potential risks.
