Due to today’s rapid changing environment, especially the social network, which enable people to stay more connected and socialize with each other faster and more convenience. We would like to suggest the other researchers who are interested in further study our research to do research of other social network, such as Line or Instagram. To find the relationship of whether these social network can use as the marketing communication tools by the coffee shops and bakery in Hatyai. To find will it be effective to build customers awareness and lead them to purchase decision like what Facebook Fanpage does.
