Job Description:
- Coordinating, monitoring and handling all documentation.
- Checking and preparing project document and getting signatures from customers.
- Providing support for the project team.
- Organising and maintaining a filing system for smooth and fast data retrievals.
- Supporting the Project Manager and updating/preparing reports and documents.
- Providing any other administrative support when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable, active, hands-on approach to work and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficient with basic in MS office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
