I must highlight that the HR dash board is one of the most sought after and referred reports by a lot of senior leaders in the company including Martin. Therefore the accuracy of the report is highly important and if there are mistakes, it will only reflect negatively on the reliability and trust on you by the senior leadership. I often hear comments from the leaders like: “why can’t your HRDs check the dash board” before sending it etc…...I also felt that a number of you are delegating the job of preparing this report to junior HR team member and never read it before sending it.
