palmoplantar psoriasis from dermatitis or keratoderma,
but usually there will be other signs of psoriasis
elsewhere, for example the scalp or nails. In some cases,
clusters of sterile pustules develop on the palms and
soles, and these may be an isolated problem without
other manifestations of psoriasis (Stanway, 2013).
