400g Pork Thinly cut,
2 Cold noodle,
500ml Radish Water Kimchi,
1/2 Pickle,
1/3 Radish Water Kimchi
- Barbeque Sauce: 4Tbsp Soy Sauce / 2Tbsp Mirin(sweet cooking rice wine) / 4Tbsp Water / 3Tbsp Sugar / 1tsp Minced Green Onion / 1tsp Minced Garlic / 1/2tsp Pepper / Sesame Seeds / 1tsp Sesame Oil
1. In a bowl mix 4Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2Tbsp Mirin, 4Tbsp Water, 3Tbsp Sugar, 1tsp Minced Green Onion, 1tsp Minced Garlic, 1/2tsp Pepper, Sesame Seeds, 1tsp Sesame Oil and make marinated sauce. Marinate pork shoulder over 30 minutes.
2. Grill marinated pork.
3. Cook noodle in a boiling water.
4. Rinse with cold water.
5. Pour radish water kimchi.
