The Sales Engineer will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
• Handling sales & marketing activities to meet customer satisfaction and company sales targets.
• Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Keeping customers informed of company services, new features of products, price movements and product supply situation.
• Promoting company products to customers.
• Ensuring the provision of efficient services to customers and any complaints are dealt with and resolved effectively.
• Implementing creative services and techniques to market the company’s goods and services and to maximise sales and profitability opportunities.
• Analysing & preparing product feasibility studies and recommending appropriate sales & marketing strategies, promotion launch campaigns, and pricing structures.
