The purposes of this research were to develop Learning Achievement and Group-Working Behavior for Physics subject of “Current Electricity” Using Collaborative Learning Model for Mathayomsuksa VI(Grade 12) Students. The sample consisted of 38 grade-12 students in Naraikhumphongwitthaya School during the first semester of 2009 academic year. The tool used in the study include (1) The lesson plans on Collaborative Learning model for the Physics Subject of “Current Electricity” which took 22 periods to complete (2) Collection tool which was consisted of the achievement test and the student learning by group behavior recording form. The data were analyzed, were collected form achievement test and the student learning by group behavior recording form quizzes and analyzed by mean, standard diviation, percentage and Non- parametric test The results of the Study were as follow (1) The majority of the student were able to make a score of 50% and up, while 71.05% of them passed the prescribed critertion.
