Accept greetings from MSC Shipping Company Cameroon.

We want to let you know that we are not shipping company of today we have been doing  shipment for more than 35 years today and we have our policies that we operate on and we  also make sure that all our clients work on this terms because it has a legal backing.

We have make you to understand that your 4 containers of scrap is going to get to you  without any problem. We also want to make you to note that is not today we started doing shipment and we have  never had a problem to clear our containers from any discharge port and is not in BANGKOK  THAILAND that we are going to have a problem.We have told you that your shipping company
can not teach us how to do shipment and we want you to wait and see if when this containers  get to BANGKOK THAILAND we are not going to get this containers discharge to your warehouse

.Also as per the BILL of lading you talk of only 1 containers number we are not foolish but  we want you to understand that,what you have with you as the BILL OF LADING is just a COPY  and not the ORIGINAL B/L ok and we have told you also that if you have ORIGINAL SHIPPING  DOCUMENTS on Friday before shipment get to BANGKOK THAILAND on the 23,24 /07/2015 from then  you can judge our competent.

We also understand the fact that in as much as your shipping line in BANGKOK THAILAND is concern you trust them right but wait and see if you are not going to have your containers  at your warehouse when goods get to Thailand.

We want you to just stay and wait in the warehouse you are going to see us getting there  with the truck with your 4 containers. So to conclude at this point we have all your 3 x 40ft containers number and also for your  1 x 20ft container and is all on the ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENT don't you judge us on COPIES of shipping documents wait for ORIGINAL that will be send to you as soon as we  confirm the payment for the FULL CONTAINERS REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

NOTE,

Now to talk about this payment if we don't confirm this payment tomorrow on or before  16/07/2015 at 2.00pm Cameroon time it means that from tomorrow up wards you will be paying  delay fee which your shipping company best know.

So we are not ready to talk more again but we believed that you must have understood us so  well.

We also want you to know that as soon as we confirm the FULL CONTAINERS REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TOMORROW we are going to send your DOCUMENTS ORIGINAL COPIES on friday through DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY.

You have to make sure that if you are making the payment you have to use our financial  accountant payment details below.
