Email received on the 02/02/16 DSSS team asked to stop delivery to tank due to planned calibration of tank and dipstick. Meter calibrations received on the 10/02/16: (00, 6.6, +8.3, +46.6). SLA for meter reset is 24/03/16. Waiting for meters to be reset. CBRE also recommended to carry out an integrity test. Tank has been out of use since 20/02/16. Email sent to Analyst on the 29/02/16 asking if any work is being carried out and when the tank will be back in use. Confirmation email received from Analyst on 01/03/16 stating tank had tank and dipstick calibrate and will start selling around 02/03/16. Confirmation email received on the 03/03/16 confirming PLIP B SLA is set for the 02/04/16. The tank has seen an increase in volume losses moving down in the terminal between the 13/03 and 18/03 but has been stable since currently moving back up in the terminal. Email sent to Analyst on the 04/04/16 asking for confirmation if the PLIP B has been carried out and to provide the results. Confirmation received PLIP B has been carried out meters were out of tolerance. Meters have been reset. Email sent to Analyst on the 04/04/16 asking for confirmation of results from Integrity Test. Integrity Test report received on the 11/04/16 along with confirmation of meter reset completed.
