Concerning the post-production
assessment, the central assembler
generally evaluates the services
once the holiday is over, using
customer feedback. In particular,
the overall performance through
customer perceptions of quality is
evaluated. In most cases, the dashboards appear limited, taking a
resolutely global, aggregate view
with few detailed indicators. The
dynamic capacity to assemble
multiservice supply chains is
assessed very little in practise
because of a lack of detailed
indicators measuring in real-time
reactivity, flexibility and modularity,
availability and traceability,
the mobility of resources, their
degree of activation and deactivation,
and so on. Consequently,
we consider that the control
dimension is only partly mastered,
particularly at the post-production
stage.
