(Foreigner ) can not be owner or part owner of land in my
name. I can own a house or condominium in My name.But No
Land...So if I had A Thai Wife Emoji or Girl friend, the land
deed has to be in the Thai person name.
And remember 2-3 years ago that you was to buy that land for
500000baht from your brother, but did not. And I said if you
are to buy that land I will loan the money it to you when
you buy the land. Monthly payment was to be 1000baht until
loan paid back in full. 42 years to pay back.EmojiEmoji
