The Employee is entitled to such public holidays as may be designated by the Government of
Thailand from time to time as notified by the Thailand Country Manager. If the Employee is
required by Right To Play to work on an official public holiday, the Employee will, subject to the
prior approval of the Thailand Country Manager, be entitled to receive a compensatory day of
rest on a following work day as may be determined by the Thailand Country Manager but the
Employee shall not otherwise be entitled to compensation.
