Responsibilities:
• Provide support to sales team; handling important administrative tasks.
• Provide customers’ payment information to Accounting Dept.
• Maintains a complete and up-to-date filing system.
• Coordinate with internal division and external people respectfully.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Female age 25-30 years old.
• Degree’s in any related field.
• Able to communicate in English and good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy especially in MS. Excel and MS. Power Point.
• High responsibility, proactive and good team player.
