I would like to clarify as follows:-
1. confirmed by K.Surapol that he already forwarded Service Job to Jeab for a long time.
2. 1 x service admin will start working 1-Sep-2014, at present we try to find one more admin.
3. caused from we pending our invoice too long, I try to search from running job, some job finished since Jan, March 2014, some job from last year, also still pending. I know that Jeab is workload that why we try to help by reminder.
Please be informed that our customer also have the budgetary for maintenance the machine but there is a time limit in use. If you do not use this budget, it will be cut off automatically, and should make the requisition again that everyone avoids to do it This is the same as our company CAPEX.
