Major antioxidants found in normal rice bran were γ-oryzanol and phenolic acids, which were 62.9% and 35.9% of total
antioxidant content, respectively, while R-tocopherol was found as only 1.2%of the total antioxidants. The anthocyaninswere not found in normal bran. γ-Oryzanol and phenolic acids were the major antioxidants for red rice bran containing 51.8%and 42.5% of total antioxidant content, respectively
