The present study collected 715 chilled carcasses, 400 frozen
carcasses and 480 freshly slaughtered carcasses and their prevalence
were 55.1%, 33.5% and 28.3%. The Pearson Chi-Square test
showed the prevalence of chilled carcasses was significantly higher
than those of frozen carcasses (P < 0.001) and those of freshly
slaughtered (P < 0.001).
