To lead the Operation team in Thailand. To manage the day-to-day tasks of the operations departments of the business unit and all companies associated in accordance with the general policies and specific directions of the Country manager. To ensure costs are controlled, appropriate financial information is made available to managers and decision-makers in a timely manner, in order that they may make informed judgments and decisions.
Responsibilities
1 Operations & Sales Support
Ensure Sales Support team provides timely sales and service support to customers via email and phone calls
Verify updates in CRM to ensure the requests/activities are accurate
Prepare reports on daily tracking and activities
Manage inventories based on accounts managed by each member of the team
Coordinate with listing force or account managers on visitation if required
2 Customer Care
Ensure Customer Care team provides excellent customer support; handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone or via emails relating to our products and services in an efficient manner
Verify updates in CRM to ensure the entries are accurate and timely
3 Quality Assurance
Monitor the content and quality of listings that are uploaded and published
Ensure all listings are compliant to SOP and regulations
Carry out quality checks on Classifieds listed on our website
Perform ad-hoc outbound survey to customers, when necessary
Be proactive within your role in order to achieve goals within assigned deadlines and/or beyond what is expected
Qualifications, skills and abilities:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
Sound working experience, preferably in a similar capacity (circa 3+ years)
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in both written and spoken Thai and English
Excellent leadership skills
Very high standard of accuracy, presentation and attention to detail
