I booked a room in your Hotel for 3 nights via Booking.com, from the 17th of December to the 20th of December 2015.
Due to a problem with our flight tickets, we won't be able to arrive in Koh Yao Yai before the 18th of December.
I was wondering if it was possible to cancel only our first night (the 17th of December)?
We could be very grateful to you if that was possible.
