Ensure consistent delivery of Operations Services across PBI functional areas.
Continuously work to progress the PBI Operating models, including
Customer Service, Billing, Processing, Fulfilment KPIs
Underwriting and Claims process improvements
Productivity and Cost efficiencies and allocations programs
Maximization of revenue opportunities and Customer Experience
Partner with Regional Office (abroad) / Local PBI and Distribution Managers to meet business needs
Support other PBI Operations activities / Projects, as required
