Please provide me the prepaid card service application log on 16th September between 17.00 - 19.00. I cannot do any investigation without it.
Regard to below card ordering service flow I cannot find any record about Tutuka response so my assumption is that it should have something wrong on the 2nd or 3rd step.
Card ordering service flow:
1. Deduct money
2. Put the job into the queue
3. Process the job to send request to Tutuka
4. Record the tutuka response
5. If the response is not success then retry the 2nd step. Otherwise, finish the flow
