Requirements :-
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Law, Psychology or any other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience in all areas of HR practices preferably HR Telecom & IT environment.
• At least 5 years’ experience in human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, welfare & benefits, staff training & development, labor relations and HRIS.
• Experience in Oracle system knowledge would be a plus.
• Mainly experience in compensation & benefit management preferably from a large size of multinational telecom organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law
• Dynamic and strong passion for HR Management.
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, driven and an effective team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Computer literate (Ms Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
