The presence of this relationship is also
exhibited by the fact that milk C16:0 yields were lower
for LO compared with all other FA-supplemented diets
(369.9 vs. 430.1 g/d; P = 0.01) as was the proportion
of C16:0 in total milk FA (28.09 vs. 30.12 g/100 g milk
FA; P = 0.01).
