In this context Vanguarda Agro is among the largest grains and fibers producers in Brazil, in line with the sector’s growth trend on the international market.
The Company operates in five contiguous states on Brazil’s primary agriculture frontier (Mato Grosso, Bahia, Piauí, Goiás, and Minas Gerais), which diversifies the risk posed by weather events to its agricultural production. In addition, in an effort to increase the profitability of the crops, the Company has adopted a planting risk reduction policy, which stipulates different planting protocols depending on various possible weather changes patterns.
