In the automated programs of modern information service, the information systems have become increasingly massive and complex and the existing network and the framework of systems haven’t been able to handle the challenges. Information system development practitioners tailor system development methodologies to match the specific circumstances of their software projects [11]. Over the years numerous information system development methodologies have emerged and many are currently taught in colleges and universities around the world [12].The AISCN based on cloud computing has broken rigid framework in the automated system of the traditional information service. The AISCN isn’t easily run on a fixed computer or on a comparatively independent and traditional distributed architecture, but run on all cloud networks to distribute resources in the system and implement various functions. At the same time, with the appearance of the modes of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and MSP in the cloud computing, the possible application architecture of the automated system of information service is greatly expanded. By a cloud, we mean an infrastructure that provides resources and/or services over the Internet [13]. Not only has it made the traditional architecture extend from LAN to the Internet, but also broken through the limitations of such traditional modes as C/S, B/S, making the automated system of information service more meticulous and more flexible and showing much more advantages over traditional distributed architecture. At present, the development of cloud computing in the area of automation of information service is still resting on the stage of definition and how much the users benefit from cloud computing or how to benefit from it still needs the long search of the whole industry.
