Thai is considerate and respected to senior. We were taught to behave and speak politely to people when we were children. As greeting to the relatives to say “Hi” in Thai as “Sawas dee ka” as women and “Sawas dee krap” as men. “ka” and “krap” seem nicer more than without. As walking pass by senior, we have to bend my face down while we were walking by them. We often feel respectable to our parents as we get elder. For example, I have been supporting and helping my parents when I got my first income. I have been proud of myself for repaying a kindness to my parents as they were my sole support. I think it’s great things to treat our parents.
