Responsible for overall contract performance
Strong interact and align with customer and WWLT management
Execute and report of quality related information to support management decision and customer requirement
Maintain good stakeholder relationship, including customer, supplier, employee, visitor, and staff
Initiate and conduct continuous improvement scheme for all areas of operation
Develop improvement methodologies for analyzing client data, which can further improve the effectiveness of operational process
Ensure all resources, equipment and tools are well managed and planned ahead to support logistics operation at all time
Ensure that the service is carried out in a way that comply with all local rules and regulations and support the company's CSR
Ensure all staffs follow company rules, regulation and comply with company policy
Build a strong team based on core company values and the need for succession planning and business growth
