What my action research has proven to me is that all students can learn the content and that I will not be content with anything less. I feel this is an area that I will grow and develop as a teacher. These times when the activity does not go as well as the teacher anticipated could cause a teacher to decide that the difficulties and the work it takes to teach with manipulative may not be worth it. Having seen the positive results from my teaching with manipulative and other kinesthetic activities, I am convinced of their value.
