In 2012-2013 AIA Thailand conducted research with 1,000+ people to understand what they need from insures. Life stage and attitudes are key influencers and were used to identify customer groups. We created the family theme to make the 5 customer groups easy to remember. We’ve created a simple frame to make sales messages easy & not too prescriptive.
The segmentation is a new sales approach that we will introduce to our agents especially our new recruits who has less experience. The materials must be easy to use, and creatively designed that agents will be interested to use.
