Resign :
if in case of an employee which is working with us since a few years resign : the company to pay wage rate of basic current salary 1 month. (an employee will require 1 month’s notice)
DIsmissal :
but if the Company have DIsmissal an employee, The Company to pay compensation to employees The labor law.
The labor law is defined as follows.
1. If employees working for a full 120 days (or about 4 month) but less than 1 year to pay not less than the wage rate of the last 30 days(or about 1 month).
2. If employees working for more than 1 year but less than 3 years will pay no less than the wage rate of the last 90 days(or about 3 month).
