Fast as we don’t need to make choices for that group because if we eat foods from the other groups we get all the fats, sugars and salt our bodies need. as they full of fiber for digestion of food. We need 2 to 4 servings of the fruits and 3 to 5 servings of vegetables. They constitute large part of foods such as Green Vegetables and Fruit. Vitamins as food good source of vitamins A and C and potassium. They constitute large part of foods such as fruit.
