We are currently investigating to go for a 3rd party repair service and need to understand your capability, cost and operational model such that we can see if we have fit for us.
Attached is and overview of the equipment elements which is a part of our spares scope for out two OEMs. Great if you can give us some feedback if you are able to handle the scope.
As a first step if would be great if I can get the following input from you:
- How are you able to handle our scope. Do you have references? What are your turn around times? Etc etc
- We would prefer a model where the vendor can pick up the faulty units at our WH and deliver repaired units back at our WH. We are also open for other options but please elaborate a bit on which models you can do and what are the differences.
- Then I would like some high level overview on the cost side. Maybe you can give some cost estimates per element and overview of logistic and customs handling based on the different scenarios available in the above point.
