Can we schedule with HP to do the test with another broken disk on Wed. 21 Oct at 5:30 pm BKK time and for checking with UPS as well.
For HP it will take approx. 1 hour to check to more than that please. Can you ask him to provide a new disk as well in case we need to replace.
For UPS, how long it will take please so that I can inform Helpdesk how many hours for down time then?
