All children attended primary school for the visually impaired from kindergarten to grade eight were included in the study (N ¼ 99). Parents who stated that their children were receiving services from a special doctor for monitoring health problems refused to participate. So, the sample consisted of 74 children who, with parental approval, agreed to participate in the study.
