BEST WESTERN Non-Standard Style Signs
This style sign is allowed provided the property also displays a compliant
Property Identification sign.
1. Full color BEST WESTERN logo must be used.
2. Cabinet and support structure must be Best Western gray and be
evenly distributed around the BEST WESTERN logo and
Best Western blue box.
3. Property name and/or additional copy must be displayed within the
Best Western blue box.
4. Copy can never be placed under the BEST WESTERN logo or on the
gray background.
5. Font and symbol color within the blue box can be in white or
Best Western yellow. The text and/or images within directional
symbols (i.e. arrows) can be white, Best Western yellow, or
Best Western blue
6. Font types displayed within the blue box can be in either ITC
Century Book Condensed or Adobe Helvetica Neue. The property
name can be displayed in its own font style with BWI approval.
7. If the Option 1 style cabinet is used, the BEST WESTERN logo must
comprise at least 50 percent (but not more than 70 percent) of the
total sign area.
8. If an Option 2 style cabinet is used, the BEST WESTERN logo must
comprise at least 20 percent (but not more than 50 percent) of the
total sign area.
