Application Services Delivery
Control application management performance against Service Level Agreements
Manage root cause analysis on application management service delivery failures and put in place solutions to eradicate failure repetition
Manage root-cause analysis to determine the origin of corrective maintenance service requests
Continuously seek to improve the client service and cost of operation
Actively pursue the identification of quality and process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
Develop budget for Rayong unit and measure against actual
Provide leadership and direction to Team while promoting empowerment
Manage deployment and workload
Implement and enforce security procedures
Assist in the analysis of performance reports
Timely report to Application Management Manager or director
Accountability/Scope
Make independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas
Accountable for results of work to both IT One and client
Identify, assess and resolve complex problems/issues and provide alternative scenarios
Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints
May identify business development opportunities
Manage effective client relationships within Rayong Sites
Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions
Efficiently manage/manipulate resources
Required to monitor and report on budget, and assist with the forecasting of expenditure at Rayong Unit
Accountable for performance against financial parameters, and monitor and report on budgetary aspects within Rayong unit
Challenge existing approaches/solutions to drive continuous improvement and required to gain management/client commitment to change
Manage IT One process to ensure the quality of service to clients
Initiate and design business process excellence improvements within area of responsibility
People Development
Provide education/guidance to Application Manager or IT One management, share knowledge across organisational boundaries
In conjunction with application manager, work to ensure development of group members’ skills
Provide guidance to and share knowledge with colleagues/team members relating to own specialisation

Typically oversee /co-ordinate the work of others
Leverage skills of others in order to meet business objectives
Define and manage group structures and resource levels to support business needs

Organize and conduct regular meetings and communications with team members

Act as internal consultant for own area of specialisation, by leveraging own knowledge across multiple clients and industries

Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills
Highly skilled in specific specialist area especially for application development lifecycle
Required to stay current with information in the Knowledge databases and within the industry
Deep functional, technical, business knowledge in area of responsibility
Experience in using structured methodologies and tools
Deep skills in communicating technical concepts
Strong customer skill and customer service orientation

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields
6-8 years of relevant experience
Specially consideration for experienced in application development (Java and Dot NET with K2.)
