Therefore, this paper took perceived risk and trust, the two users' most concerned factors into consideration, and
studied their influence on users’ intention to use mobile payment. Meanwhile, according to the industry chain
structure of mobile payment, this paper first decomposed users’ trust in mobile payment into their trust in three major
players of mobile payment, respectively, mobile operators,mobile application service providers and financial
organizations on users’ intention to use mobile payment.Subsequently, this paper built the Mobile Payment
Acceptance Model on the basis of the classical Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and discussed the influence of
users’ perceived risk and users’ trust in mobile operators,mobile application service providers and financial
organizations on users’ intention to use mobile payment. In the meanwhile, we discussed the intermediary conduction
effect of perceived risk between trust and intention to use as well.
