Thanks for your email, as I have explained to K.Thavikorn this is related to the hardware, have no issue related to the proxy and system.
Hope you could understand, the cache disks are keep reading and writing all the time so it's usual to failed after a year.
But it's not usual failed less than a month and we can confirm that SSD failed is related to the hardware which we have limited control on that.
None of the SSD was failed before the 32 new SSD replacement, the reason we replace the SSD was because of we have the newer hardware which is more stable and reliable.
We will send one new SSD to your ASAP for the replacement.
