1. Price adjustment – current price is delivered to MMTh Laem Chabang warehouse – need to adjust to FOB Laem Chabang Resp. K. Saijai / K. Pisit
2. Holland Buyers to provide a 6 month rolling forecast NOTE
3. Payment terms – request is for “up to 180 days” with the average being 90 days
a. What is the price increase to finance longer terms Resp. K. Rungpha
b. Is this financing arrangement acceptable to Aeroklas Management Resp. K. Rungpha
4. Currency for payment – Thai Baht, Euro or US$, to be advised by MME / Holland Buyers NOTE
5. Exchange rate mechanism to be agreed to protect all parties from exchange rate fluctuations, to be proposed by MME. NOTE
6. Weight and dimensions – we need to re-confirm package weights and dimensions

9. REACH requirements – we need to input into the MME IMDS data base, MME will provide details to enable us to input on their behalf. Resp. Nij
10. Provide photos of container loading with B/L Resp. K. Somjai
11. Warranty communication; MME will provide a copy of their claim report providing details of date in service, mileage, canopy serial number and details of the warranty claim NOTE
12. Spare parts, to be orders by Holland Buyers, based on recommendation and P/N’s to be provided by MMTh NOTE
13. Initial orders for canopy (1,087) and Full box (115), MME will provide priority for the initial requirements. NOTE
14. TUV certification
a. Pop up windows – this will be handled by Silverlink (sister company of Holland Buyers), required information

15. Contractual agreement, MME to draft a three party agreement between MME, Holland Buyers & Aeroklas with the existing agreements with MMTh included as attachments NOTE
16. Installation manual, need to add multiple languages for the first pages, can copy from the existing canopy manual. Resp. K. Pisit / K. Boonlert
