An unresponsive buttons on display keypads on certain AespireView, Avance and Aisys.
This may result in the inability to access certain menu functions which could possibly lead to delay in treatment.
INSTRUCTIONS – Your attention:
1) The safety instructions for the users are mentioned in this customer letter.
2) The attached Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) is for your reference copy, not for users.
It may help to answer the users with some sensitive questions.
The FMI will consist of replacing membranes (keypad)/overlay.
We will be providing and installing the corrective kit as soon as it's available.
