Subfraction D9-19 (88.6 mg) was loaded onto a silica gel column and eluted with CH2Cl2-acetone gradient (100:0-80:20) to yield twelve subfractions [(D9-19-1)-(D9-19-12)]. Compound GD9 (2.1 mg) was isolated from Subfraction D9-19-4 by repeated Sephadex LH-20 open CC and eluted with MeOH.
