I will call a USPS representative for you today.
In most cases a situation like this will require a tracer be put out on the package.This process generally takes anywhere from 1-5 weeks. Once I hear back I will contact you via email with what I was able to find out.
Once the process is started we can’t move forward until we receive a response from them.
If the package is determined to be lost/stolen and they are sure it is not being returned to us, they will reimburse us for the value of the package & we can then refund your order or reship a new one.
