Table 2 presents descriptive statistics, correlations,
cronbach‟s alpha values of the study variables. According to
employees, four factors (internal communication, rewards, cooperationintegration,
empowerment) at the 0.05 level and two factors (job
satisfaction and motivation) at the 0.01 level were found to be
positively related to affective commitment. Similarly, job
satisfaction, internal communication, rewards, integrationcooperation,
empowerment and motivation were found to be positively
related to normative commitment. On the other hand, the analysis of
the correlation results showed that there was a significant positive
relation between continuance commitment and three factors
(cooperation-integration, empowerment and motivation) at the 0.05
level.
