Example for On – Time Delivery Responsiveness Score: A Supplier gets total responsiveness score of 5 above criteria as A)18 + B)18 + C)18 + D)16 + E)17 = 87 points or 87%
The Responsiveness Average Score calculation will be (87% x 20)/ 100 = 17.4 points
