- Assistswith the smooth and efficient service of the restaurant ensuring that the restaurant standards are met at all times.
- Closely work as a duo with the section waiter team.
- Participates to set up the restaurant and ensure that all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the restaurant are maintained to the expected standard
(quantity and quality)
- Pick up and serve food and beverage to guests as per restaurant standards.
- Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Maintains the station fully stocked, clean and tidy through the service.
- Constantly strives to satisfy all guests that he/she may come into contact with.
