As you can see with the announcement below and information attached, MBA has decided to offer 2 variants of the Mercedes-Benz Perfume through After-Sales due to strong demand from the worldwide markets.
In general, the policy regarding the licensing business is still in place and which is why you do not see the entire range of perfumes available via After-Sales.
Our intention is to promote these two products via our retail network (dealers who have converted to MPSII Exclusive), with same/similar price positioning compared to our current business partner, co. Bell.
However, we certainly will not promote them at any exhibitions or events where Bell will be represented, since it’s their territory and they do have the advantage in offering an extended product range.
Please review and advise whether the a.m. approach does in any aspect conflict with existing agreements between MBTh and company Bell.
