My husband and I are not happy for this first check in experience:
1. Room 14 is noisy and tv reception is poor
2. Room 7 where we are in is better but wifi login has problem and slow response
3. Now we are downgraded to smaller room and we are here for honeymoon.
Please improve your hotel service and tell us what you can do to make our stay happy here.
