Even with a good match to a characteristic (you or others see it as a strength), there may be one or two behaviors that are weaker (represented by a red bar). You can increase your chance of success if you develop that behavior using the Development Planner, and focus on your answer/s to question/s that received a lower score.
Prioritize the behaviors with the lowest match for development, or expose yourself to the situation and make notes about what worked and what didn't. Experience is the best teacher but only if you understand what you can learn from it. People will often have an experience but, without any awareness of what to look for and what to learn about themselves, they will take away very little.
