1. Managing the Sales and marketing Department
a. Ensure the smooth running and functioning of the Sales & marketing Dept in Thailand in accordance with department procedures and company procedures and Customer Service team
b. Ensure sales performance and new business development activities are closely monitored and adjusted if necessary to meet Sales and company objectives.
c. coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the Company's operations.
d. Prepare monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) report include submitting monthly tax forms and details to Revenue Department.
2. Sales Management
a. ASEAN Export Market Management
b.Preparation of Sales budgets and half yearly adjustments for ASEAN market
c.Management of overseas staff within the ASEAN region and supporting Sales & Marketing activities of overseas staff.
d.Business Development in the ASEAN region by visiting and promoting Sekisui products to end users and customers. shows,and exhibitions. This includes product presentations, trade.
e.Monitor and Sales performance of each country in the ASEAN regiion and report progress deviatoins on a monthly basis.
f. Monitor Business development activities within the ASEAN region.
g. Monitor Customer Complaints and ensure timely and proper response to such complaints in coordination with QA Department.
3. Report Summary
a.2 Weeks sales planning reports by each sales staff (overseas&domestic)
b. Sales Report update
c. Business Development Reports (update weekly and discussed at the Sales meeting every 2 weeks in detail)
d. Sales Management report for Management meeting addressing Sales summary and update and addressed any issues faced by the S&M Department and need to be
4. Reporting and communication
a. All important communication should be copied to the S&M Director.
